Online Store Returns Policy
All Items/Products come with a 30 day warranty unless otherwise advertised, all items sold have been tested.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
WHAT can be returned?
If you have purchased an item and find it to be faulty with in 30 days the item can be returned. When product is returned we will test the item again with the described fault before any refund is made. In the case an item has been found not to be faulty it will be returned to the purchases address.
WHEN do items need to be returned by?
The item needs to be returned with in 30 days of receiving the item.
WHERE do items need to be returned to?
If you have already advised us an item is faulty you can return it to PO Box 308 Westfield Warrawong NSW 2502.
HOW do customers return items?
You will need to call (02) 4274 1900 to arrange a return.
SHIPPING for returns?
Any item that is returned is required to have tracking that is viewable with the carrier online.
CREDIT for returns?
If the item is faulty we can provide a credit or a refund.
Instore return option?
We will not accept returns instore unless otherwise arranged with the support team.
The item needs to be returned in its original packaging materials.
